9x56mm Mannlicher-Schoenauer Loads / 9x56mm M-S Loads

Warning! Notes: Speer 250-grain spitzers, sized to 0.3542 inch in diameter; LC 64 NM military brass with CCI 200 primers in first rifle, R-P 7x57mm Mauser brass with W-W 120 primers in second rifle; average velocities instrumental at 12.5 feet from muzzle; three-shot groups; all charges weighed. THESE LOADS WERE NEAR MAXIMUM IN THE TWO TEST RIFLES. REDUCE ALL DATA AT LEAST FIFTEEN PERCENT FOR BEGINNING LOADS. (Rifle Issue #86 - March, 1983)
