Warning! Notes: Custom rifle by Walter Abe on Mauser 98 action, Atkinson barrel with 1-20 twist, length from bolt face to end of bore - 19 15/32 inches; .460 Weatherby cases cut to 2.50 inches; CCI 250 primers. All of these loads were held to pressures that will be trouble free in hunting. However, this is a wildcat cartridge and all rifles chambered for it will be custom, so there could be a good deal of variation between individual rifles. Starting loads should be dropped by about three grains for all loads given. (Rifle Issue #43 - January, 1976)
