Warning! Test pistol was a Mauser Model 1914 with 3 1/2" barrel. CCI 500 small pistol primers used with all loads shown. Those loads shown as giving unreliable function or poor accuracy have been included to show velocities and provide an indication of those areas of loading which should not be attempted. Accuracy class (for five shots at 20 yards): A. 1 1/2 inch or less; B. 1 1/2 to 2 1/4 inches; C. 2 1/4 to 3 inches; D. over 3 inches. Plus-sign added indicates the top of that class.
