Warning! Notes: All handloads used Nosler cases and Winchester Small Rifle primers. Velocities recorded with an RCBS AmmoMaster chronograph 10 feet in front of the muzzle of the J16's 16-inch barrel, and all loads were fired at 100 yards. A Swarovski Z3 3-10x 42mm-L, set on 10x, was mounted on the J16. (Rifle Issue #266 - January, 2013)
