Bulletman Electric Ladle Casting Furnaces
Bulletman largest in class full 25 pound capacity industrial melting pot. 115 volt 800 watt electric ladle casting furnace melts cold alloy quickly. Maintains melt temperature when replenishment ingots added. Has 1.5 in flat rim for pre-heating mould blocks, low stable well insulated pot 4.5 inches inside diameter, 4 inches deep, 7 inches tall. This is an idustrial furnace used in industry, not a toy. The heavy stee bail permits safe easy moving if necessary when hot. Heavy duty industrial thermostat with maximum operating tempreature 850 degrees F. The easy to read thermostat dial has large numbers from 1 to 10 for repeatable temperature settings. On-off red light power indicator.
A 230volt single phase 800 amp 850F Ladle Casting Furnace is also available. Requires 230 volt wall plug and 20 amp fuse box or circuit breaker. This model is better for foreign countries that use 220/230/240 volts.
Add a Rowell #1 short handle ladle, 4500 grain capacity, adequate for up to a six cavity gang mould. Foundry proven Rowell ladle limits oxidation during the pour preventing dross inclusions in the bullet. This patented design has been in use for over 90 years with nothing better available. Add a long 8" stem stainless steel laboratory thermometer, 2 inch dial from 200 to 1000 degrees F. with 1% +/- accuracy over the entire measuring range. Item number BM003.
